WQAD reports Anthony Brandon, of Dubuque was airlifted on Grand Teton after falling 65 feet.
A mountain guide who found Brandon called park rangers about 9 p.m. Rangers hiked to the injured climber, arriving about 2 a.m. They stayed with him until daybreak when a helicopter could lift him off the mountain.
It was the ninth major search and rescue in Grand Teton National Park this year.
