Black Mountain Access Waiver(Address Updated September 25, 2007)
| We have reached an agreement to provide Highpointer access to the summit of Black Mountain which is posted as "no trespassing."
This is special arrangement is necessary because the coal companies are concerned about being held liable if one of the coal mine tunnels under the summit should collapse. This is still an active coal mine area. You must not leave the road to summit.
