Fatal Nisqually Glacier Fall on Guided Mount Rainier Climb
Tucker Taffe, 33, of Alta, Utah, was killed after he fell 100 feet into a crevasse on the Nisqually Glacier on Mount Glacier. He was on a guided climb.
