The AP reports Matthew J. All fell 50 feet from Annapolis Rock off the AT in South Mountain State Park in near Boonsboro, Maryland.
The Associated Press reports the Maryland Highway Administration jumped the gun and changed the highway signs for Catoctin Mountain Park where Camp David is located.
