34-year-old Steve Perry, from Yorkshire, set off on the 1st of December to tackle all of Scotland’s 284 mountains standing over 3,000 feet.
The journey will take Steve over 1,500 miles, the equivalent of climbing up and down Everest a dozen times. If he succeeds it will be the first time the journey has been completed on foot.
The connected Munro Magic website incidentally has spectacular info on the Monro (including Ben Nevis) as well as topo maps.
