A couple rescues in the past week made headlines in Utah. In one instance a hiker got lost returning from Dollar Lake to Henry Fork when he got off. A helicopter was dispatched and he got back on the path (which he had wondered 2 miles off of). In another case the president and general manager of Deer Valley Resort was reported missing on horseback two miles from the Pass Lake trailhead. A helicopter was dispatched and he was ok. He said he had problems with his horse.
